General Requirements: 

Bachelors Degree or more, preferably in Logistics Management. 

Preferably have PPJK certificate 

Preferably have basic cargo license and dangerous goods license 

Experienced Working in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding company (Minimum 1 year). 

Understanding of logistics documents, process and flow. 

Able to operate EDI customs system 

Fluent in English both oral and written. 

Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point. 

Effective communication and service mind. 

Discipline, Responsible, Reliable, High initiative, and Able to work in Team. 

High responsibility and able to work under pressure and tight deadline. 

Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution. 

Learn new things and personal development as the company grows. 

Monitoring Batam EDI customs system and documents clearance status 

Familiar with Batam Customs System (Bea Cukai) and clearance 

Understand Batam Export and Import Customs Process 

Understand Batam Export and Import Regulations 

Able communicate with Customs officer and customer 

Update Customs information and regulation as well shipping documents.

Job Description: 

Manage Batam EDI customs system and clearance daily operation, execute data make sure completed. 

Handle all clearance documents for export / import process 

Making PEB/PIB and documents related to export-import 

Regular report on EDI customs system status and clearance. 

Daily Communicating with Batam team. 

Conduct coordination with all relevant teams. 

Well-developed planning and organization skills. 

Multi-tasking and scheduling management.
