Lowongan HRGA Staff di PT Gonusa Prima Distribusi

As a HRGA Staff, the suitable candidatte will be responsible to the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization, with the detail tasks below:

• Carry out the recruitment process
• Conduct new employee induction and monitor new employee evaluation
• Coordinate with all relevant parties for the implementation of training
• Monitor employee attendance and report to supervisor regularly
• Ensure factory area in a clean condition
• Support other HRGA activities to ensure employee needs are facilitated

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• Minimal 1 year related work experience, preferably in manufacture
• Familiar in handle Psychological Test
• Excellent understanding in Labor Law, BPJS, Insurance Claim, Building Sanitation, and other HRGA activities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is an added value
• Able to work alongside team
• Passionate in learn new things
• People-oriented and positive attitude, supported by good communication and interpersonal skills
