Job Summary

 Systems analysts implement, maintain, and support IT and information systems to meet the business needs of organizations and scale as organizations grow. Analyze and create tests, and develop specifications and requirements for developers and programmers to follow.

Principal Accountabilities

• Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
• Identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
• Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
• Communicate with relevant internal technical stakeholders to obtain information on project limitations, performance requirements, and interfaces.
• Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
• Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user need

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication;
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience doing writing unit tests to provide sufficient testing coverage
• Knowledge in programming language e.g Java, Spring Boot Framework, PostgreSQL Database, & Rest API is a plus
• Have experience in IT Company solution or HRIS company is a Plus

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

• A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification
• 2 years of work experience 
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
• Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration
• Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
