Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Design, develop and implement technical training programs according to business operational needs
Organize to develop technical comptency matrix based on operational need
Conduct technical training analysis based in competency matrix, regulatory requirement, and operational need
Working together with operasional dept, develop internal training module based on approved competency matrix
Organizing, controlling, coordinating and monitoring all technical training program (internal, inhouse and external) to ensure the implementation of the operational training program according to the plan
Design, develop and implement technical training evaluation system such as on the job training, etc. Conduct training evaluation report from evaluation
Plan, control, monitor and assign instructors in the framework of implementation operational training according to the material and specialization of the instructors
Monitor and propose instructors in development programs for knowledge enhancement and the teaching skills of the instructors

Requirements:

D3 or S1 from Geology, Mining
Diploma degree minimum 10 years experience as technical instructor, operation training & development in similar industry
Bachelor degree minimum 8 years experience as technical instructor, operation training & development in same in similar industry
Have a good understanding of technical development system such as mechanic development, operator development, etc
Strong in analytical thinking, communication, and administrative skills
Have strong interest on multi media communication and expert on making video and animation
Expert to use microsoft tools, especially microsoft excel, microsoft power point
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
Good understanding of environment, health & safety relate to regulation in mining sector industry
Willing to be based onsite (Konawe)
