Lowongan IT System Security Support Engineer di PT Iij Global Solutions Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of Customer Security System
• Inquiry support for Security System
• 24hour shift working (actual work time = 8hour per day)
• Work on weekends & holidays (5day work per week)

Requirements

• Able to speak English fluently (interview session will be held in English)
• Understand basic concept of Security Technology (e.g. FW,IDS/IPS,EPP/EDR,NDR,CASB,SIEM) + CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability), Vulnerability, Threat, Risk
• Have a good knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, routing, and switching)
• Understand the basic concept of Windows & Linux servers
• Understand the basic concept of VMware vSphere products
• Understand the basic concept of Cloud computing
• Knowledge & experience in Help-Desk of IT system (End-user support) + Experience in Security Operation Center is considered a plus
• Have Certificate in IT Security is considered a plus (e.g Security+,SSCP,CEH,GSEC,CySA+)
