Job Description:

• Collaborate with the internal team and other departments to develop and update SOP for new and existing business process
• Identify and assess risk in the project/business process, including control activities needed to mitigate the risk
• Conducting SOP that can mitigate significant risk within service level target
• Socialize SOP to related stakeholders clearly
• Identifying and preventing potential loss/risk

Requirements:

• Experienced in risk management and SOP development (min 1 year)
• Graduated from Economics / Accounting / Management with min GPA of 3.00
• Have good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proactive, initiative, and hard worker
• Familiar with Ms. Excel/Google Sheets, Ms. Word/Google Docs, and Ms. Powerpoint / Google Slides
