Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
• Have qualified as a lawyer, have a lawyer certificate
• Have work experience in the smelter industry
• Preferably specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Have knowledge of business law, company law and civil law
• Having experience in legal administrative correspondence
• Having an internship / work in a law firm / notary is preferred
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Good networking, negotiation and communication skills, highly motivated, responsible and responsive
• Strong Leadership traits

Job description:

• Regulate legal and licensing procedures
• Manage administration related to licensing, assets, contracts, and company legality
• Check all legal documents, agreements and licenses for all companies to anticipate legal issues
• Compile, review legal contracts, MOUs and other legal documents
• Ensure every agreement made by the company complies with Indonesian laws and regulations
• Provide legal opinion or legal advice on company matters or company plans relating to regulations issued by the government
