JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITY

Develop standard, guidelines & SOP for day-to-day operation.

• Provide cost structure to support MBD Division for determining product price.
• Set technical standard and ratio (e.g. manpower, roster, SLA, buffer capacity, overtime, etc.) to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop report template, processes, tools and key analysis needed

Ensure flawless day to day operational excellence in managing WTP & WWTP and

distribution within standard and guidelines (including safety & waste generated).

• Ensure proper maintenance execution to ensure zero downtime.
• Efficiently manage and monitor WTP & WWTP performance including adjust operational setting to fulfill tenants requirement.
• Overcome any operation deviation within operation capability.
• Ensure reliability of production data record.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure disposal of treated waste.
• Ensure fresh water produced meet JIIPE promised quality.
• Ensure regular check of waste treated to meet regulation needed prior disposal.
• Coordinate with SHE and Estate Maintenance to conduct emergency response drill.
• Extract insights from on-the-ground operation to promote continuous improvement

Ensure reliable capacity to serve tenants demands.

• Monitor and propose future capacity expansion, if needed.
• Provide operations requirement to Engineering Department for design purpose.

REQUIREMENT : 

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, especially in Industrial Estate
• Required Skill(s): WTP, WWTP, SWRO, BWRO
• Willing to be placed at GRESIK, EAST JAVA
