Qualifications:

• Minimum 27-38 years old.
• Formal education in Baking/Pastry/Culinary arts.
• 2 years of culinary experience with some supervisory responsibilities.
• Previous experience as a mentor, teacher or workshop instructor is an added advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B management.
• Excellent communication skills and team work.
• Passionate in teaching.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop lesson plans and creative learning methods to engage student in learning process.
• Experiment to develop new dishes and recipes.
• Prepare studio with replenishment of ingredients and maintain the cleanliness of it equipments.
• Create assesment that could help to improve student's performance.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygine and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
• Liaising with costumers, employees, suppliers, licensing, authorities and sales representatives, etc.
