JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Responsible for the performance of the Customer Relation Team.
  • Coordinate implementation of the customer relation strategy to achieve target's.
  • Manage company & customer communication, develop and maintaining profitable relationship with customers.
  • Ensure application of customer relations procedures, rules and standard are fully implemented.
  • Analyze & create suggestions for improvement of customer relations procedures & standard.
  • Coordinate customer relations & marketing survey (e.g customer satisfaction, etc) that needed to made marketing strategy and to know company market position.
  • Ensure complaints and request from customers or prospective customer followed up by relevant department.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly report on customer complaints and give suggestions to reduce complaints.
  • Ensuring RTFM (Real Time Floor Management) runs well.
  • Give training or refresher training related to customer relations to the team or employee related to customer.
  • Ensure customer relation team's communicate latest product info or promotions to the customers.
REQUIREMENT
  • Minimum D3 or equivalent from any major
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
  • Good communication skills.
  • Have strong analytical skills.
  • Able to handle conflict and solving problem.
  • Working location in Karawang
