We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

1. Responsible for Lady’s Card Product to achieve business performance target, digital marketing and anti-attrition
2. Monitor priduct key drivers performance to ensure achievement is on track
3. Create program/campaign related to product, and ensure smooth implementation to achieve desired target
4. Manage product budget
5. Enhance and maintain product positioning through suitable feature and programs
6. Continuous market study to ensure product is keeping up with market pace and trends
7. Develop comprehensive end-to-end SOP relating to product activity
8. Handles complaint case related to product features
9. Liaise with related functions in producing product collaterals to ensure stocks readiness
