Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 - year experience in tourism & Business Development
• Maximum age at 30 years old
• A relevant bachelor's qualification or equivalent experience/master degree preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken english
• Confident in networking
• excellent knowledge in Education growth will be an advantage
• Having the knowledge of marketing strategy for foreign tourism
• Be able to create foreign tourism product
• willing to be placed on site at Labuan Bajo, NTT ( During Probation)

Job Descriptions

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
