Job Descriptions:

• Conduct direct selling to customers, looking for new customers and projects.
• Deliver sales by developing relationships with customers.
• Monitoring and maintain new and existing customers.
• Identifying and communicating business opportunities in target markets.
• Serving as an ambassador and role model for the company's business.
• Increasing market share in existing markets and expanding into new markets.

Requirements:

• Maximum 40 years old.
• The candidate have a D3/Degree Bachelor's preferable in Engineering (Industry/Mechanical/Petroleum/Marine/Others) from a reputable university.
• Must have strong connections/networking in the Maritime/Marine/Oil & Gas industries.
• Own a vehicle with a valid license (SIM A/C) is preferred, and be willing to travel.
• Minimum 5-10 years experience as Senior Sales Engineer/Sales Manager.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required, as well as the ability to work under pressure and/or meet tight deadlines.
• Smart, fast, independent, highly self-motivated individual with good initiative and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English required.
• Full-time position available.
