Qualification

1. At Least 3 years working experience in related position.

2. Experience to control, supervise & manage more than 5 outlet restaurants.

3. Sales oriented, excellent in leadership, management, and communication skills.

4. Deep knowledge of standard daily retail restaurant operations.

5. Strong experience in analyzing & reporting sales.

6. Understand an able to analyze P&L & Food Cost.

7. Deep knowledge to sequence of service.

8. Customer Satisfy oriented

9. Expertise to people management, solving key issues, team staffing and management

10. Candidate must posses at least diploma degree. 

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible to do trainings and implement service excellent according to SOP.

2. Handling multiple outlet's

3. Train, Develop, Evaluate and Motivate staff & outlet lead in order to achieve the company's goals and standard.

4. Manage day to day operations within the organization.

5. Responsible to achieve company sales target improve store performance.

6. Responsible for product quality control, standard hygiene and service.
