Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description

Installation & configuration of a computer hardware, software system, networks and printers.
Testing and performing system upgrades following new releases.
Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
Investigate, Diagnosing and Solving hardware or software faults.
Coordination of software repairs to vendors.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Provide on-site support to all store locations for survey, installation of new store or daily routine maintenance of store.
Monitoring and creating daily reports.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the same field or relevant.
Having experience/knowledge in the POS Industry is a BIG PLUS.
Initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things.
Good in problem-solving skills.
Have a driving license (SIM A & C).
Willing to travel whenever required.
Some Evening and Weekend schedules will be required.
