Qualifications :

• Maximum 35 years old.
• Having Bachelor Degree in Economic / Transportation Management / Engineering.
• Having 3 years experience as Transportation officer related to Logistics / Fleet Management / Cargo Distribution.
• Preferably domicile in Cikarang Timur area.
• Strong analytical skill excels and business understanding.
• Pro Active and positive attitude.
• Willing to learn how to work within team and independently.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Excellent office application skill ( Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
• Understanding od HSE and K3 for trucks and trucking activity.
• Fluent in English is preferable.

Responsibilities :

• To manage and monitor all trucking activities also ensure the truck unit arrived safely and timely.
• To follow and applied SOP and working instruction to the trucking team and truck driver.
• To manage trucking vendor and ensure the truck availability.
• To ensure safety monitoring applied in truck in own or vendor fleet.
• To ensure all customer trucking requirement fulfilled.
• To implement cost efficiency solutions for operations process improvement ( manage trucking cost and reduction ).
• To lead creation of trucking dashboard, updating activities reports to track, monitor and updating all KPI's.
• To lead, coach and manage trucking operation team and truck driver to ensure best service quality.
• To understand for end to end trucking activities from first mile to pick up last mile delivery.
