Lowongan Head of Engineering di PT Bumitangerang Mesindotama

1. Setting up the right approach and monitoring of the implementation maintenance program (PM) to improve reliability and maintenance cost performance.
2. Controlling cost variance analysis regularly, and tracking improvement to on reduce DT and mitigate any cost deviation on PM spending.
3. Set up cost improvement.
4. Monitoring project execution to ensure deliver as time, quality and meet budget expectation.
5. Conduct benchmarking for best-in-class road map on maintenance strategy.
6. Support VP-Manufacturing on manufacturing master plan.
7. Develop right skill people and method on maintenance-project implementation.

Job Requirements:

1. Must be fluent in English
2. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP knowledge
3. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
4. Excellent logical & structural thinking process
5. Working experience 10years+ in Engineering
6. Having knowledge in Maintenance Operational Excellence Program & Project
7. Minimum Educational background Bachelors (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields)
