Our Sales Team is looking for an Internal Sales, reporting to our Sales Manager, – South-East Asia, Specialty rental.

The internal sales will play a key role in redefining, innovating, and digitalizing our sales process, with a key focus on enhancing our customer experience.

Mission

Your mission will be to accelerate business growth in Indonesia through

o Increase Leads and opportunity pipeline from our existing and potential customers through cold call and digital channels

o Increasing sales efficiency

o Business analysis to identify high potential market and customer segments

In this mission, you will be responsible for contacting all our existing and potential customers over the phone and our digital channels to create awareness of our products and services. By consistently identifying various sales opportunities, you will contribute to the business growth through fully leveraging on all the customer touchpoints.

What we expect from you

The responsibilities will include as below

Lead Generation and marketing qualification

- Making extensive outbound calls, email and communicating with existing and potential customers

- Answering all inbound calls / emails from our existing & potential customers' and provide immediate assistance / response based on the information requested

- Marketing qualification of all inbound leads including lead nurturing

- Research accounts, identify decision maker and generate interest

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales engineer for further development and closure

- Make sure all leads are assigned to the respective sales through our CRM system (Salesforce.com)

- Collaborate with sales team to build pipeline, close deals and generate revenue.

- Develop and maintain good customer relationships and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Drive sales efficiency:

- Provide assistance to the sales engineers with the following tasks (not limited to)

o Quote preparation

o follow-up with internal stake holders

o timely response to the customers

o Prepare sales preparations

o Other innovative initiatives to improve the sales efficiency

Business Development Support (supporting PM)

- Market intelligence and research for example but not limited to PGA, IIR and other databases.

- Actively search to identify and prioritize new customers, opportunities, and market segments.

- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities and recommend value sales driven rental solutions

- You will manage your own account according to company provided guidelines and standard process

o Follow all quotations through the sales funnel and process all orders with a cradle to grave mentality.

o Effectively update and maintain the CRM system in order to maintain a 360 view of our customers.

Requirement

- Final year student in Marketing, Engineering or equivalent

- We welcome fresh graduates to gain initial practical experience in this role

- People with relevant experience 1 -2 years & technology savvy

- Passionate about sales and customer success with strong communication skills

- Forward thinking with a constant requirement to develop and improve not only the individual but also the department.

- A strong focus on continual improvement is required

- You have a structured, independent way of working and a quick grasp

- Being highly motivated with a positive attitude and excellent telephone etiquette.

- Being mature, calm and professional under pressure and always treat clients with respect.

- Open for multi-tasking yet focused on delivering on time
