Overview of Responsibility

Ensure the Standardization of Screening, Testing and Packaging Processes and Continuously optimize the process to ensure Efficient and High — quality Optical Fibre Production.

Specific Responsibilities.

• Screening Process
• To help Chief Operator and Shift Engineer's feedback to solve the process problem of Screening test Establish, standardize. and optimize fiber screening process.
• Monitor the fiber rewinding ratio. analyze, and find the cause of fiber rewinding to reduce the rewinding rate Improve the Efficiency of the Screening Process.
• Guide and training Assistant Engineers. Screening test Chief Operator and Operators with the standard Process operation Procedure, Inspect and supervise the Implementation of the process Procedures.
• Monitor the screening equipment’s work stem and guarantee that the equipment is in a controlled state. Arrange a special test to monitor the quality of the fibre.
• Manage and Optimize fibre Deuterium treatment Recipes.
• Monitor the optical fiber hydrogen loss experiment and equipment status.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
• Testing Product
• Establish, standardize. and optimize fiber Testing process.
• Managed and continuously improved the OTDR testing process and. at the same time. improved the testing Methods and Efficiency
• Help to solve the technical or process problems that could not be solved by the shifts.
• Cooperate to complete the internal and external assessment/Audit of the testing process.
• Establish, standard and improve the production process and efficiency of the packaging process.
• Guided and trained assistant engineer, Chief operator. and operator according to the standard process and Operation procedure checked and supervised the implementation of the process.
• Maintain production test equipment.
• Responsible for preparing/verifying the calibration fiber and checking the control chart to ensure the controlled of the equipment on the production (standard line)
• Assist to arrange periodic calibration of all test equipment and related tools in accordance with national and ISO Standard.
• Responsible for installation. debugging, and acceptance of newly purchased test equipment.
• Assist the Chief Engineer in standardizing the manufacturing process and making process improvement. ). Responsible . the job certificate assesment of the test operation operator.
• Responsible . guiding and training assistant engineers, chief operators, and operators.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

• Contact with related personnel in other departments due Responsibilities.
• Constraining the work discipline of sub-ordinates
• It requires re-testing of optical fibers with quality problems and has the right to prevent Fiber from going out of the warehouse.
• Participate in meetings related to the quality of optical fibre products.

Qualifications and Conditions:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or Above Major : Telecommunication engineering. Material (physics) science/engineering. any field Engineering. and other related fields
• Language: Advance English communication skills. both mitten and verbal
• Work Experience Experience in optical cable or optical communication industry is preferred

Knowledge:

• Familiar with the structure. characteristics, and internal quality standards of optical fiber; familiar with the process route and production process of the department; familiar with the country of optical fiber; familiar with the international standards and quality standards of upstream and downstream products: understanding the direction and process of process technology improvement; and having a good understanding of the key equipment. Have a comprehensive understanding of structure and function master project management. use quality analysis methods. etc

Skill:

• Familiar with the process of project management and have strong abilities in word expression learning, and innovation. At the same time. they have strong problem-solving abilities.
