Lowongan Finance Supervisor di PT Hexing Technology

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the company's financial report and decision analysis, and ensure the compliance operation of the financial system. 
• Ensure that the accounting statements and tax returns comply with the accounting standards and national tax laws, analyze all kinds of statementsand reports of the company's superior to meet the management needs of the company.
• Improve financial internal control system, improve financial process, and supervise major business matters; Audit all expenses, strictly control direct and indirect expenses, audit monthly tax declaration
• According to the company's strategic planning, business development and financial control requirements, promote and improve the construction of the company's financial management system, management process and internal control system, and gradually improve the standardization of the company's financial management;
• Manage the relationship with banks, tax authorities, industry and commerce and other institutions, and timely handle the business transactions between the company and them.
• Responsible for and led the launch of SAP update in Indonesia;
• Timely complete all tasks assigned by superior leaders

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, can use English as daily working language, good English communication skills;
• At least five years of financial management experience in large manufacturing companies or high-tech IT enterprises, familiar with enterprise cost management system and comprehensive budget management system
• Familiar with Indonesian tax and audit policies, with tax planning ability
• Rich experience in financial management, capital planning and operating cost control
• Good at communication, active problem solving, strong ability to work under pressure, careful and conscientious, responsible and team spirit.
• Willing to work in Karawang, West Java
