Job Task :

- Plans, directs, and develops direct reports and supports the work efforts of indirect employees within their assigned area of responsibility in the application of inspection processes and customer requirements,

- Provides leadership in the balancing of compliance practices with other business initiatives to allow all objectives of the business to be satisfied

- Coordinates any necessary maintenance of system content,

- Coach, handle development and performance management of staff,

- Manage and direct small, medium and larger size projects including budget and all business documentation,

- Perform equipment and system upgrades, installations and/or modifications working with vendors, service providers and customers regarding outages and problems.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's and or Collage Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technolog,

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Products Company,

- Extensive verbal and written communication skills for a variety of audiences (both technical and non-technical),

- Understand Systems Engineering, including collaboration, client and server engineering and integration,

- Monitors and investigates service activity,

- Any licenses or certifications required by the position is a plus point,
