We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer for our Jakarta office

Job Purpose

• Respond and process customer requests via all channels: by phone, email and digital communication
• Assist sales team to serve customer with speed, quality and engaged concern for all requests

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Create customer quotations and sales orders with a high level of accuracy
• Provide order status, tracking and invoices upon request to customer
• Invoice and arrange delivery of goods to customers
• Prepare Deliver Order for delivery of goods to customers
• Send purchase orders to Germany / third party suppliers
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistic Officer on orders, incoming / outgoing shipment, delivery to customer and logistic matters
• Communicate and coordinate with forwarders on import status
• Maintaining and updating supplier and customer records
• Arranging loans items for colleagues upon request
• Assist in periodic stock taking
• Perform any other adhoc relevant tasks as and when required

Requirements / Skills

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field preferred
• 3 years of related experience
• Good in verbal and written business communication skills in English & Bahasa
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of trade / destination rules
• Knowledge in Salesforce CRM will be an advantage
• Experience in providing customer service support, customer service orientation
• Attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in team or individual, good communication interpersonal skill, highly motivated and initiative
