Job Descriptions :

• Prepare and check all shipping documents (BC, PEB, COO, Subcont, etc) to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with Import & Export rules and regulations.
• Liaise with shipping companies, port authorities, custom officials, forwarder, suppliers and customers to ensure timely clearance and delivery of all shipments.
• Monitoring customs clearance process
• Monitoring shipment process
• Update of all goods receipts into Inventory Management System (IT Inventory)

Requirements :

• Familiar with ENGLISH.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma Degree.
• Minimum 1 years experiences in bonded zone company.
• Required skill : MS Office
• Able to maintain good relationship with internal and external parties, careful and fast follow up.
