1. Perfrom Engineering as per company requirements.

2. Make product drawing plans according to customer needs (drawing (not limited to clamps such as boxes or test kits) if possible can make animations.

3. Leading the clamp protector production process through local manufacturer or foreign manufacturer.

4. Follow company’s flowchart for manufacturing and shipping.

5. Implemanting methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment.

6. Perform QA/QC for the required company’s product.

7. Prepare Packaging for shipping.

8. Prepare shipping documents (DO, COC, and chemical analysis).

9. Prepare presentations and brochures on company’s products.

10. Prepare time schedule for visit, inspection and supervision to manufacturer.

11. Communication with Customers and Manufacturer related to product specification (drawing, materials, dimensions, drawings etc).

12. Filling all documentation (hardcopy and softcopy).

13. Support operational activities for administrative matters starting from preparing quotations, costs, including marketing (website updates, company profiles, LinkedIn etc).

14. Supporting Business Development organizations with Technical Presentations/knowledge sharing to clients.

15. Operational support to meet potential customers and come up with opportunities.

16. Manage customer relationships in a professional manner.

17. Travel to customer remote locations/offices for opportunities if needed.

18. Lead the big strategic opportunities directed by the leader.

19. Participate in products sales and tender on behalf of the company’s.

20. Meet with customers regularly, prepare agendas, opportunity forecasts and meeting minutes.

21. Actively seeking new opportunities that are not limited to oil and gas.

22. Prepare inventory, control on goods (clamps, tubing, etc).

23. Troubleshoot and identify company’s IT systems problems.

24. Providing solutions to computer problems.

25. Identify necessary improvements to company’s computer systems.

Requirements :

1. Have a minimum Bachelor degree in Technical Engineering.

2. Have a minimum 5 years experiences in relevant position in Oil and Gas

Company’s is preferable.

3. Proficiency in English (oral and writing).

4. Proficient skill in using Windows and Microsoft (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).

5. Analytical Thinking, Developing for Success, Ability to Change, Working

Systematically, and Customer Focus.

6. Strong Knowledge in Computer and IT.

7. Have technical skills on computer systems, software programs, data analysis or design.
