Lowongan HSE Officer di PT Wilton Wahana Indonesia

We are looking for HSE Officer to work for our site location in Ciemas West Java.

Job Description :

• Coordinate and execute the implementation of all safety programs like K3LL with the Safety Manager.
• Make safety programs/plans according to company safety policies and standards.
• Evaluate current procedures and policies in addition to workplace facilities to identify risks and adherence to legal requirements.
• Implement practical and effective methods.
• Prepare and conduct training for safety training sessions for employees to prevent accidents and improve workplace productivity, including first aid and fire safety.
• Performs safety surveys and inspections, prepares written reports of findings and recommendations for corrective or preventive measures where indicated, and follow up to ensure measure has been implemented.
• To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings and evaluate injury case studies based on available facts.

Qualification :

• Candidate must Bachelor's Degree.
• Familiar with HSE regulations and having HSE certification.
• At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Computer literate
• Have good communication skill, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a team as well as individually
• Willing to be based at site Ciemas (West Java)
