Lowongan Sales Executive di PT Griya Interindo Abadi

Responsibilities:

• Meeting or exceeding sales goals;
• Present and Promote company brand products to customer (designer, architects and direct customer);
• Service all customer, obtain order and establishing new account by planning and organizing daily work schedule by approaching customer and obtain a potential opportunity;
• Achieve Annual sales target.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients;
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations;
• Maintain relation with customer through good and quality service
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services;
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability;
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs;
• Understanding and promoting company programs;
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old;
• D3 / S1 preferred graduate from Interior Design / Architecture;
• At least 1 years working experience in the related field required for this position;
• Experience in sales and understanding of the sales process;
• Self-discipline, Goal oriented, Enthusiastic and Highly confidence
• Passionate & Proactive;
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation & networking skills;
• Proficient in English is an advantage;
• Willing to work independent & under pressure;
• Having a Driving License (SIM A) is preferably;
• Willing to be placed in (Jakarta Utara - PIK 2), (Jakarta Selatan - Cipete), & (Tangerang Selatan - BSD).
