Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Punctual, reliable and agile with the ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is a must. Familiar with Sage ERP (ACCPAC) will be an advantage
• Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in the area of backend operation or in other administrative positions
• Must be willing to put in extra hours (if required) to meet tight datelines, including weekends and public holidays
• Excellent communications skills in English, both oral and written is a must

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing orders by keying into company system and ensure timely invoicing of all orders.
• Updating back order report, ad hoc internal company billing
• Coordinate shipments with clients, and handle any issues or discrepancies that arise
• Raising and processing orders to vendors and create GRN for stock receiving
• Communicate delivery updates with internal sales team and partners
• Ability to take initiative in completing assigned work
• Follow-ups and follow-throughs with team members, vendors and other external agencies as informed
• Assisting customers with general inquiries and re-route them to the respective person in charge or department
