Job Descriptions

• Collaborate with Brand & Marketing Communications Associate in crafting KOL strategy to amplify the brand message and reach a wider audience.
• Maintain effective communication with KOLs across diverse genres to ensure timely delivery of materials and campaign requirements.
• Collaborate with in-house KOLs PICs, Brand Comms PICs, and Regional Marketing PICs to provide necessary support for campaigns involving KOLs.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to meet product delivery needs associated with KOL activities.
• Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate budget reporting for all KOL-related activities.
• Create and maintain a weekly report detailing all KOL activities that fall under your responsibility.
• Manage interns who will assist this position to work on KOL & Partnership BAU task within the brand

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of marketing, management, or any related field (not mandatory)
• 1-2 years of experience in KOL & Partnership work
• Able to use google slides and sheets
• Communication Skill, Time Management Skill, Leadership Skill, Problem-solving Skill, Teamwork Skill, Analytical Skill, Project Management Skill
