Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer at PT Sukses Group Indonesia, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience across our digital products and platforms. Your role will involve understanding user needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating design concepts into engaging user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product manager and stakeholders to understand user requirements and project goals
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs
• Design user interfaces that adhere to UX best practices, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into designs
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences
