Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients get the most out of our Marketing Automation Platform. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, responsible for building strong relationships, understanding their unique needs, and guiding them to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
• Provide onboarding and training sessions to help clients effectively use our Marketing Automation Platform.
• Assist clients in developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve their objectives.
• Analyze client data and provide insights to help them make informed decisions.
• Address client questions and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with our technical support and development teams to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct regular check-ins and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor client usage and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
• Gather client feedback and advocate for improvements to our platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a SaaS or Marketing Automation environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts and strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and provide data-driven insights to clients.
• Proficiency with Marketing Automation Platforms and related tools (e.g., Moengage, Clevertap, Insider, Braze etc.).
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
