Safety Officer Leader Job Responsibilities:

1. Able to create SOP & Regulation to Comply with company and government mandates. Prevent accidents and perform impact assessments when they occur. Avoid fines and/or litigation

 conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments.

2. Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs.

3. Manage all on site Safety Officer in every HDS Project

4. Provides technical support to project managers

5. Provides technical support to Sales related tender processes

6. Collaborates with management to develop an Emergency Action Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management. Maintains a written log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence.

Safety Officer Leader Manager Qualifications / Skills:

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

1. min Sertifikasi Ahli K3 Umum 

2. Min S1 or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health, Engineering or related discipline preferred

3. Minimum 5 years large scale commercial, government, or industrial project management experience, including at least 2 years management level safety profession experience

4. Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, OHSAS 18001,CSMS
