RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently looking for TikTok Content Team Leader candidates with the following job descriptions:

• Working on the content pillar as a guide and guide for Top Creators & Co-Host's video content.
• Working on content hook and reference to suggest creator's & co-host's content.
• Review all Top Creators’ and Co-Host's content before uploading.
• Monitor and analyze the data.
• Guide all Top Creators’ and Co-Hosts on generating better-performing content.
• Create the content for Cool-Vita’s TikTok accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role. TikTok content will be a plus.
• Demonstrate success in creating engaging TikTok content for brands, including knowledge of platform-specific formats, editing tools, and best practices.
• Familiar with and understand TikTok & Reels algorithms, rules, and matrices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Highly creative and adaptable with an eye for detail.
• Familiar with content pillar and content calendar.
• Can speak and understand Mandarin is a plus.
