Lowongan Campaign Management Supervisor di PT Cantik Alami Sehat

We are looking for a Campaign Management Supervisor who will plan and develop various B2B/B2C marketing campaigns, supervise their implementation, monitor their performance, and take corrective actions when necessary, in order to achieve desired results.

Other tasks you will perform in this position include developing and managing the marketing campaign calendar, assigning tasks to the marketing and creative team members, and QCing marketing deliverables to ensure it meets the company’s or clients’ standards.

An ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2 years of experience in developing successful marketing campaigns or equivalent experience in related marketing jobs. A bachelor’s degree from reputable university majoring in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) is required, while a postgraduate qualification is considered a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Cooperating closely with management and product team to plan, strategize, and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Ensuring that marketing campaigns follow the company’s identity, brand, and organizational guidelines.
• Hiring and training new employees that will work on the campaign execution and monitoring their activities and contribution to the project.
• Handling tracking and measurement of the campaign results, writing reports about them regularly, and performing web analyses and KPI evaluation.
• Determining the available campaign budget and tracking/reporting all related expenses
• QCing and providing feedback on the copy and visuals used for promotional purposes within the implemented campaigns.
• Improving ongoing campaigns based on performance data and leveraging the insights to make data-driven decisions regarding future campaigns.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university, majoring in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
• 2+ years of experience as a campaign or brand managing team.
• Proven experience in handling marketing campaigns or managing multiple marketing projects at once.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office package, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Tiktok Ads, and FB/Meta Ads.
• Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and project management skills.
