IT Project Coordinator

Requirements:

·      Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent.

·      At least have knowledge related with Project Manager in IT industry

·      Must have strong communication and management skills

·      Experienced in prepare new project & project documentation

·      Have Project Management & Maintenance Skill

·      Good Communication skill

·      Fluent in English (spoken and writen)

·      Good in Power Point application & Microsoft Project

·      Advanced Microsoft Excel

Job Description :

·     Help define project scope, goals and deliverables

·     Define tasks and required resources

·     Collect and manage project team

·     Allocate project resources

·     Create schedule and project timeline

·     Coordination with other division

·     Monitor and report on project progress

·     Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

·     Evaluate and assess result of project

·     Support project documentation
