You are expected to develop and implement our public relations strategy to increase the positive image and help drive organic customer and driver growth. • Develop short-term and long-term strategies and lead the implementation of public relations in Indonesia
• Develop media relations and engage with the media
• Manage and implement public relations activities, such as press releases, PR stories, advertorials, media monitoring, and press conferences
• Monitor and analyze the brand and company's perception in the media and social media
• Protect the company and brand reputation through issue management

• Able to think strategically and effectively, as well as be able to clearly present new ideas
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the mass media, digital, and social media landscape
• Track record of securing press and media coverage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Management/Marketing, or equivalent from a reputable university
• Has a minimum of 2 years of working experience in media handling
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Bahasa and English
• Willing to work with tight schedules and meet deadlines
