Lowongan Event Coordinator di PT Harmoni Dinamik Indonesia

Responsibilities :

• Develop, data analyst and prepare creative concept for HDI monthly, quarterly and yearly events.
• Delivering all event preparations and task list on time, within budget, and exceeds expectations
• Communicating, maintaining, and developing relationship with all teams and vendors
• Maintain event budgets
• Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure projects are delivered effectively
• Develop promotional materials to promote events
• Conduct post-event evaluations to determine how future events could be improved

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Event Management / Hospitality/Communications/Public Relations or related field
• Excellent organization skills and have experience with project management
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in handling corporates' events, preferable has experience in handling event from similar industry (Direct Marketing-MLM / Insurance)
• Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to meet deadlines with effective time management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, long hours, and travelling in weekends
• High attention to details, creative, and innovative
• Hands-on on the site, adapt to changes
• Good command of spoken and written English
