We are looking for a dynamic HR Officer who will play a vital role in managing our HR operations. You will be responsible for payroll processing, attendance management, and compensation and benefits administration. Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Min. 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and benefits administration
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Have a background in the consulting industry is preferable
• Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compensation and benefits administration
• Detail-oriented with numbers, good analytical thinking, and excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• End to end payroll process both internal and external
• Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and maintain records of time and attendance for all employees
• Filling all employee data files both hardcopy and softcopy
• Input and update employee data
• Prepare work contracts for new employees, renewal of work contracts ends, and reminder end of employee contract to user
• Make submissions for BPJS and General Affairs payments
• Process end-to-end BPJS (registration, deactivation, billing, card)
• Input timesheet and overtime for payroll calculations
• Support various HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining HR records
• Screening candidates, arrange interview schedules and send interview invitations
