Deskripsi Pekerjaan

-         Research and develop new products flavors, recipes, and concepts.

-         Experiment with different ingredients and techniques

-         Optimize existing product formulations for taste, texture, and cost efficiency.

-         Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

-         Coordination with the factory to create a production process standard

-         Support document which is needed by the regulatory dept.

Requirement

-         Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or any related field.

-         At least 3-year experience in research and development in the food industry.

-         Innovative thinking and a passion for creating unique flavors and products.

-         Understanding of food chemistry, food safety, and food processing.

-         Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

-         Ability to effectively communicate ideas and findings to cross-functional teams.
