Lowongan HRD Manager di PT Blue Steel Industries

Job responsibilities:

1. responsible for end to end recruitment process
2. ensure all HR operations activities are well maintained
3. responsible for all industrial relation issues
4. in charge to the implementation of company regulation and all HR procedures
5. assist in the process of weekly and monthly payroll
6. manage HR administrative data and documents (employee working contract agreement, employee data, employee annual leave, absenteeism data, etc.)
7. Develops, updates, implements and/or communicates personnel policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws and regulations

Qualifications:

1. bachelor degree from Psychology/Law
2. at least 5 years of experience in the same position, especially from manufacturing industry (preferred)
3. excellent written and verbal communication skill
4. proficiency in Ms. Office
5. Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
6. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
7. Placement is in Cakung, East Jakarta
