Lowongan Jr. Account Management Sales Executive di PT Siegwerk Indonesia

1. Handling of inquiries, orders up to invoicing, coordination of deliveries and returns, handling of consignment stock orders and charging thereof, invoicing managing receivables including reminders etc.
2. Monitoring of contract conditions, payment terms and sales figures as well as accruals for bonus
3. Handling credit notes, bonus, statistics, market- and customer analyses
4. Claims management and coordination with technical and sales managers
5. Continuous customer data management / Active participation in maintaining customer contact
6. Support to the sales and technology managers handling and coordinating a variety of situations
7. Customer correspondence, also in foreign languages incl. reporting
8. Sales Measures (e. g. price increase) are aligned
9. Price calculations / preparations – coordination of prices within customer group
10. Preparing and sending quotations
11. Managing the returnable containers.
12. Preparation of sales presentations under direction of sales managers/technology managers
13. Organization of meetings / events
14. Project work as required

Qualification

1. You have at least Diploma from Administration, Management, Accounting, Communication, Business, etc
2. You have working experience 1-3 years in similar position 
3. You have fluent English communication and able to do daily Administration task as Invoicing, Delivery Arrangement, Sales Reporting, Manage Price List, and handle Customer Complaints.
4. You have experience in using SAP (preferable)
5. You are experience in Export-Import Mechanism (preferable).
