What you’ll be doing is:

• Increase e-commerce sales in the given monthly target.
• Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance. Make sure the right products are listed and merchandised with the appropriate pricing.
• Boost the performance of the e-commerce channels, both in terms of appearance and transactions.
• Developing and controlling campaigns like flash sale, vouchers, or live shopping on a regular basis.
• Developing, monitoring, and updating product content contained on e-commerce channels.
•  Optimizing ads (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads/CPAS) to increase the conversion into sales in marketplace/e-commerce channels.
• Overseeing buying, web sales, contracts, managing partnerships, reporting, contributing to strategy decisions, budgeting, and generating P&L statements.
• Generating daily, monthly, and yearly reports related to e-commerce channels’ performance.

• Experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
• Follow with the e-commerce/marketplace trends in Indonesia.
• Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
• Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
• Experience with using the Google Analytics for project management and reporting.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
