Sumitomo Forestry is a diversified Japanese company that focuses in timber, building materials and residential real estate development. We are searching for Candidate to assist our business. Currently PT Sumitomo Forestry Indonesia is expanding its business to Property Industry and establishing new subsidiaries.

Requirements:

• •Sufficient experience of accounting, finance and tax in trading and property business sector.
• •A degree in accounting/finance related discipline with a minimum of 5 - 10 years working experience.
• Microsoft Excel skill
• Various Accounting system experience (recommended)
• Proficient in English, writing and communication.
• Ownership mentality, flexible and inquisitive
• A demonstrated interest in accounting, finance and tax
• Ability to multi-task projects with overlapping deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and process-driven environment

Job Description:

• Input daily transaction into accounting system
• Check and control accounting books
• Prepare payment request in accounting system and payment document in banking system
• Control and advice the bank balance, petty cash balance, and bank loan
• Prepare monthly report of accounting and tax
• Prepare audit report
• Prepare and report to Bank Indonesia and tax office
• Prepare strategic tax planning
• Prepare the budget of PT Sumitomo Forestry Indonesia and subsidiary companies
• Check monthly accounting and finance report from subsidiaries and asks improvement
• Prepare the job description of accounting team
• Improve the accounting system

Main tasks :

• To control accounting, financial and tax of project companies in Indonesia.
• To communicate with project company staffs and partner companies and,
• To consolidate the financial books into SFI’s book.  
• You will also need to support the accounting/finance/tax of PT Sumitomo Forestry Indonesia itself.
• You will have a Japanese accounting manager to report and will have an accounting staff under you.
