Requirement :

- Experience in the same role min. 3 years

- Instructor / Trainer from the same industry min. 3 years (Outsourcing Facility Services is a must)

- Familiar and using ADDIE method on this role

- Highly skills in public speaking

- In depth knowledge about succession planning program

Jobdesc :

• Conduct end to end training process
• Implementing ADDIE method 
• Willing to do mobile and onsite training on client area
• Running succession planning for talent development program
