• Be responsible for supervising Live Host(s) and managing the operation of live streaming on various platforms
• Responsible for planning and implementing live operation activities, including activity planning, schedule, campaign, program writing, demand communication, and maintaining inventory quantity
• Supervise and maintain the host to actively interact with audience, review products and promotion
• Pay attention to the trend of the live broadcast industry, monitor and analyze the dynamics of competitive products and propose corresponding countermeasures
• Present weekly and monthly report of the live schedule and result to the stakeholders, and deliver continuous improvement of the live future plan

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
• Possess broad knowledge and experience working with live streaming operation
• Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Live stream supervisor
• Required soft skills: time management, communication (verbal and writing) enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is willing to work outside the usual working hours
