Job Purpose

Managing and direct the team for all activities relating to housekeeping and Restaurant to maximize revenue, profitability and quality goals of the business.

Job Qualification

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, or any related field
2. Minimum 2 years’ experiences as Clubhouse Operation Manager or related field
3. Good proficiency in both English and Indonesia languages is required for this role
4. Good communication and problem solving skills
5. Having knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
6. Having working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment.
7. Having working knowledge of Restaurant / F&B operation management
8. Willing to be station in Bintan.

Responsibilities

1. To manages the overall operations of the Clubhouse (Hotel & Restaurant Product and Services)
2. Create schedule, work allocation and monitor Housekeeping, and F & B Product Service Team.
3. Work with team in make sure of room and golf operation facility area cleanliness is well maintained.
4. Supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping team members.
5. Conducts daily inspections of the guest rooms, other housekeeping areas, and restaurants / F&B.
6. Ensure the Room Attendants have enough items and guest supplies for the days work.
7. Other duties as assigned by direct Supervisor.
