We are looking for a Japanese Speaking Sales Account Executive to be responsible for maintaining our Client accounts.

The Japanese Language Proficiency level is required to maintain our valuable Japanese and other multinational company customers and potential clients.

The Sales Account Executive's responsibilities include liaising between the sales team and the client, ensuring customers are satisfied, and understanding the client's goals.

To be successful as a sales account executive, you should demonstrate top-notch communication and negotiation skills.

You should be proactive in addressing clients' needs and managing the sales process from start to finish. Finally, you should assist in increasing sales and serve as a vital link between the client and the sales department.

Job Descriptions

• Manage Client Accounts by acting as the point of contact for clients.
• Generating new potential clients and extending the networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and principals.
• Develop opportunities, and promote and sell IT solutions and projects (hardware, software, and services).
• Identifying and suggesting the best practice of IT solutions to Presales and Consultants tailored to the Client's needs & pain points.
• Generate and present the quotations to clients/customers.
• Execute sales plans, strategies, and business tactics.
• Monitoring project performance and handling client invoices.
• Work with other sales executives to hit and exceed team revenue targets.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from any major (Preferably Information Technologies, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Communication).
• Minimum 1 (one) year experience as a Japanese Sales Executive.
• Minimum 2 (one) years experience as a Sales Executive in managing Japanese Clients is welcome to apply.
• Proficient in the Japanese Language, with a minimum of JLPT-N2,
• Fresh graduates with satisfying Japanese Proficiency are welcomed to Apply.
• Proven Experience in IT Technology Sector is a plus.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with Clients.
• Required skill(s): IT Product Sales, IT Business Development, Sales Activities, Sales Presentation, Marketing, and Documentation.
