Job Description:

• Responsible for business growth and achievement of sales objectives within targeted profitability in all area of Indonesia.
• Be accountable of all activities and P&L within scope.
• Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities. Implement strict control of order taking, delivery, merchandising and consumer engagement at store level to match Picture of Success. Ensure full-scope implementation of sales & distribution routines.
• Pilot, adapt and roll-out Route-To-Market initiatives. Take full leadership of execution and change management.
• Accountable of sales forecasts and supply chain synchronization within scope.
• Inspire, develop, manage and lead team. Review and drive team performance, grow and retain top talents.
• Ensure distributor financial compliance, provide regular reports and market/competitors monitoring.

The successful candidate will be based in Jakarta/Bali and meet these requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in home appliances industry is a must.
• Great communication skills with strong English command in both written and verbal
• Proven track record in growing sales and business
• Experience in managing teams with large number of members
