Senior Sales Executive

(Chemical - Coating Division)

Qualification:

·       Minimum 25 - 30 years old

·       Able to work with MS Office System

·       Able to communicate in English

·       Detail-oriented, hardworking, team-player, good interpersonal and communication skills, quick-learner, proactive

·       Minimal 2 years of experience

·       Have driver license

Job Description:

·       Achieve or exceed annual agreed sales budget and margin objectives for the assigned territory or market segments while maintaining expenses within assigned budget guidelines

·       Market variety of basic commodity and specialty chemicals to be used in industries.

·       Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis

·       Responsible for payment collection.

·       Also assist in implementing and monitoring the marketing plan. Carries out market surveys as agreed with the manager to formulate plans, evaluate market conditions and recommend appropriate next steps to maximize sales output.

·       Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.

·       Identify and report potential sales growth opportunities and factors which could influence local marketing plans and objectives

·       Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management

·       Establish strong business relationships with customer and develop value relationships with potential clients to expand business
