1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company policies.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
3. Manages a process of organizational planning that evaluates company sturcture, job design, and MPP the company, career path, development program and other.
4. Plan, implementation, evaluated Training Needs Analysist (TNA) regarding on company need.
5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
6. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, system, tactics and procedures across the organization.
7. Nurture a positive working environment.
8. Oversees and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
11. Partner with third parties, Government or private sector related with employement regulation and others.

Job Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management and related field
2. Having at least 3 - 5 Years of working experience as HRBP in the related field is required for this position
3. People oriented and results driven.
4. Demonstrable experience with human resources matrics.
5. Knowledge of HR System HRIS, Attendance Software, etc
6. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
7. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
8. Excellent active listening, negotiations and presentation skills
9. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
10. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
11. Preferably understand Mandarin
