Job Descriptions:

• Develop & implement sales & marketing plans and strategies to meet company's objectives
• Oversee all marketing collaterals, A & P plans and media releases
• Oversee the ATL & BTL campaigns
• Conduct market surveys, provide details to management and keep track of marketing trends
• Plan, organize and implement sales launches, advertisement and promotion activities
• Liaise and monitor vendors to ensure meeting the timelines
• Actively conduct market research and relevant feasibility studies to develop Marketing 4Ps
• Work closely with Sales Team to ensure the achievement of Sales Targets
• Ensure the compliance of relevant advertising permits and license approvals
• Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Skills & Experience Required:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Sales & Marketing in property development industry
• Language required: English
• People management experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills
• Hands on experience in sales of residential properties.
